Was planning on writing a bit before my holiday started, but that didn't go according to plan... anyways, now I am in the northern parts of Norway and enjoying 25-30C in the shadow (!) and 15-18C in the water (fyi that is very warm!), and limited wifi. So I came partly to brag about excellent weather and partly to say I'll catch up eventually! @Pele Alarion,@Shivased, @Allacan ob Burzum and @Lailyn I will make a post in the cavalry thread, but Pele, feel free to godmod me huffing and puffing the cart with Hadessa. Also, for the thing going on with Alla, you can just tag me in whatever thread you need Ama, she can be found in the infirmary... another thing, Pele, if you want to continue the houses of healing thing, I would really like to continue with going to grave yards and through Minas Tirith :)

Heya folks. I blipped into existence here for a bit and then disappeared again, oops! It has been an insanely busy spring/summer, and hubby's been home from work again (he was laid off at the end of February. Again.) and we *almost* had him enrolled in school for this fall with Trade Adjustment Assistance... and he got recalled (return to work) with his former employer. In between all of that, one of his grandma's has been in and out of the hospital and he had family in from out of town, and there was drama going on with my family and I just... didn't have the spare brain cells for the Plaza.

Hubby goes back to work at the end of this month, so hopefully things will calm down and I'll be raring to go again come August-ish.

I'm going to Edinburgh for 4 days tomorrow for a little holiday (holiday? What are holidays?! ), but as soon as I'm back I will be jumping in with a post of my own! Hoping to be back now, the evenings are now getting dark again (boo!), fall is approaching, and daily life is returning with kids being back in the after-school program (or whatever it is called in English since schools aren't started yet, only the pre-/after-school "kids storage" thing has) and vacation over...
@Shivased I hope the baby has come safe and sound, my condolances on your loss, and I hope your wrist is improving quickly!
@Pele Alarion I will tag you as soon as I get a post ready (probably not this weekend, perhaps over the next week if I can, but I also need to prioritize my running, only six weeks before half-marathon race).

As for the court marshal, I do like the idea, though then I suppose we must pretty much pretend that the rest of us (or Ama at least) retired and didn't just stop posting *LOL* Which is pretty much how I am pretending it all happened anyways... *g*
