Nomination information and Voting Process - Can be read in their original form in the 2021 OOC thread HERE

This is the process and information needed for both nominating posts, members, or threads for an ARPY as well as voting and have been cleaned up for easier use by the ARPYS runners in future threads.

Nominations

Nessa has created a template for your use that you can e-mail your nominations to plazaarpys [at] gmail [dot] com (remove and merge as necessary), write the category you are nominating for and include the link to the post. Rinse and repeat until finished. See nice and uncomplicated.

The aforementioned template:
To: plazaarpys [at] gmail [dot] com (remove and merge as necessary)
Subject: ARPY nominations
Category + link to the post (Rinse and repeat until finished).

The date for each years cut off will be listed in the thread that nominations are called for (generally it is mid February)



Voting information


The instructions regarding the voting phase are simple. In separate posts, the Triumvirate provides:

1. information regarding nominees
2. link to the post that was nominated
3. a small extract from the nominated post {in addition to the optional commentary from the member of the Triumvirate, usually yours truly }
4. A link to the Google Poll for that category to vote.

To vote, you have to click on the Google poll provided, insert your Plaza username in the provided space and pick your favourite from the category.
