Nomination Rules
1. ARPY nominations should feature posts, characters or RPing that has been done in the preceding year.
2. The exceptions for this, are when an RPG spans multiple years - Posts from these RPGs are welcome to Character or Post related nominations when they are incomplete. Upon completion the RPG as a whole become eligable for RPG level awards.
3. Nominations require your user name, and relevant information pertaining to the award you are attempting to nominate for be sent to plazaarpys(at)gmail(dot)com.

4.Please be aware that IF the link you provide is outside of the timeline allowed or if the RPG is not completed your nomination will be moved to either next year awards if it can be.
5. You may nominate multiple threads or people for the same category and are welcome to nominate yourself.
Voting Rules
The instructions regarding the voting phase are simple. In separate posts, the Triumvirate provides:
Information regarding nominees, a link to the post/post by poster/thread that was nominated, a small extract from the nominated post {in addition to the optional commentary from the member of the Triumvirate. Finally a link to a Google Doc Survey will be provided.
1. Voting will take place via Google Doc survey which will require your username and email address to vote. This survey will be linked in the post announcing all the nominees to vote for in the voting thread.
2. You may only vote once (if you vote multiple times by accident your first vote will be counted)
3. We highly encourage reading and viewing of all nominations before voting as links will be provided the voting thread so you may view items without having to go looking for them.
