Spending time with family.

Pomander Balls.

A friend who lives far away.

4. How are you celebrating Christmas this year with your family and friends?
Having dinner together and then playing games.

5. Do you prefer Christmas wreaths or gingerbread cookies?
Gingerbread cookies. Not a fan of home made gingerbread cookies though, I like the store bought ones better.

6. Which Christmas carol do you put on to get into the Christmas spirit?
O Holy Night.

7. Who do you hope to see again this Christmas?
Santa Claus.

8. What is the best Christmas present you have ever received?
I got a stuffed monkey for my second Christmas and he became my best friend during childhood.

9. What is the best Christmas present you have ever given?
Framed drawings that I had made myself.

10. Which tea do you prefer to drink during the Christmas season?
A green tea with cardamom flavor.

11. What does being together at Christmas mean to you?
I'm grateful for the people I get to be with at Christmas.

12. Which Christmas movie would you like to play a role in?
The Holiday.

13. What is your favorite Christmas decoration in or around the house?
The electric advent candelabras and the Christmas tree.

14. Who meant the most to you this year?
My mom.

15. What Christmas tradition would you like to start?
Inviting friends to have Christmas dinner with us.

16. How would you describe your decorated Christmas tree?
Simple. I only put while lights, glitter and red baubles on the tree.

17. What activities do you like to do together during the Christmas period?
Playing games.

A chocolate-y baked treat. I leave the cooking to the professionals.

19. Do you enjoy a Christmas breakfast or a Christmas dinner more?
Christmas dinner.

20. Which event do you toast to during Christmas dinner?
No toasting.

21. What does your most beautiful Christmas ball look like?
I don't have one. I only have ones that look the same.

Having Christmas dinner at my grandparents house with cousins, aunts and uncles.

My dad but he will be with us in spirit this year.

24. What are you going to make for dinner for Christmas eve?
Probably some kind of smorgasbord.

25. Which Christmas wish do you have for this year?
Nothing big. I hope I can spend time with family again this year.

1. What are you most looking forward to this Christmas? - the potential (oft unrealized) for cold weather
2. Which scent reminds you of Christmas? - balsam pine and juniper
3. Who will you send a Christmas card this year? - No one, I haven't done that in more than a decade
4. How are you celebrating Christmas this year with your family and friends? - Me, my partner, and the pup watch "Storm of the Century"

6. Which Christmas carol do you put on to get into the Christmas spirit? - Tough call between George C Scott and Patrick Stewart
7. Who do you hope to see again this Christmas? - No one in particular
8. What is the best Christmas present you have ever received? - last Christmas, despite both of us having COVID, my partner gave me an "Alice Isn't Dead" t-shirt
9. What is the best Christmas present you have ever given? - this year I am taking my dad to see a Bowl Game

11. What does being together at Christmas mean to you? - honestly I prefer isolation to togetherness, leaves a better mood for introspection
12. Which Christmas movie would you like to play a role in? - Krampus, one of the gingerbread men
13. What is your favorite Christmas decoration in or around the house? - none currently, when I lived with my parents we had a light up Snoopy house
14. Who meant the most to you this year? - my partner
15. What Christmas tradition would you like to start? - a half-marathon before dinner
16. How would you describe your decorated Christmas tree? - undecorated, trees are better without accoutrements
17. What activities do you like to do together during the Christmas period? - drinking egg nog and apple cider

19. Do you enjoy a Christmas breakfast or a Christmas dinner more? - breakfast actually

22. Which Christmas memory do you remember the most? - Christmas in Montana, real snow, real cold, it was quite nice
23. Who would you most like to sit next to during Christmas dinner? - depends on which side of the family I was visiting, usually I sat alone and someone then sat next to me
24. What are you going to make for dinner for Christmas eve? - no idea, too soon to tell
25. Which Christmas wish do you have for this year? - that my Fezziwig Ale is available this year after missing out two years in a row now
