I have no idea really, Sam got the star of the Dunedain brooch from Aragorn and Frodo from Arwen a silver necklace with a white gem to wear, at the conclusion of their journey to Mordor, for all their valour. Other than the phial of String, but that was an elven knife, there is not much they shared to have been used by both, possibly made by humans. Or it is something I am not familiar with?
