"They live many a year, and their memories are long, and they hand on their wisdom to their children. I knew many among the ravens of the rocks when I was a dwarf- lad. This very height was once named Ravenhill, because there was a wise and famous pair, old Carc and his wife, that lived here above the guard-chamber."

10. This is a hard question to answer, as I'm not sure how I would define this character's "true love." At the risk of giving too much away, I'm going to give a partial answer and say - this character did not have a "true love."

(Insert Princess Bride reference)

@Elvheimdros is correct! It was Queen Berúthiel!

I had a hard time with the "true love" question because her marriage with King Tarannon was called "loveless" so I couldn't really count him as her true love. She was known for having 9 black cats and 1 white cat, so even if "her cats" were her true love, I couldn't exclusively say her cats had black hair. Also in a later interview Tolkoen mentioned she hated cats but they were drawn to her. So that was a tricky question to answer!
